We are happy to finally have stock of this great species to share. This is an epiphyte species (grows on trees like orchids) so not suitable for landscape growing over winter. It is unique for an epiphyte in that it is naturally deciduous, losing all foliage in late fall. This is ideal for those wanting to grow this in areas with winter frosts as it can be stored dry indoors easily. This species produces a long inflorescence with many white flowers that change do yellow on the second day. It only grows to 1.5 feet and will bloom in a 6″ pot. A bulb pan type pot also works well.
Grows to 1.5 feet in filtered shade.
